What is included in a McDonald's Birthday party?

Each party includes: goodie bags for each child, invitations, placemats, party hats, McDonald's Birthday cake with candles, ice cream, and a special gift for the Birthday child from Ronald McDonald. Additional items such as Host/Hostess, McDonaldland Characters, and a magician are included depending on the package you choose for your party. To view our Party Packages click here.

 

Is food included in my Party Package?

No. Food is NOT included in the party packages. If you would like to purchase food for your Birthday Party, orders can be placed the day of the event.

 

How much is a McDonald's Birthday Party?

  • YOU set the price depending on which Party Package you choose. Parties range from $35 to $300 plus tax. To view our pricing click here.
  • Each Party Package is priced for the party supplies only. Prices DO NOT include food. If you would like to purchase food for your Birthday Party, you may place your order the day of the event.

    How do I schedule a party?


    Click here to book online using our Party Form or call 210-375-7100 to speak with our party specialist. You will want to have the following information ready:

    • Contact name and phone number
    • Top two McDonald's locations to have your party
    • Top two dates and times to have your party
    • Birthday Party Package you want to book
    • Number of guests attending
    How soon in advance do I need to schedule my party?

    To guarantee your date, time, and location at least 2 weeks prior to your party date is required.

     
    What is a "We're the Host" Party?

    We will do everything we can to assist you in any manner so you can relax and enjoy the festivities. Responsibilities of your party host/hostess include: reserve the seating for your party and set the table(s), take your guests orders and serve them, play games with the children, cut the cake, and clean up. A second Host/Hostess is provided for parties with more than 20 children.

     
    What is a "You're the Host" Party?

    We will provide you with all the items necessary to have a great McDonald’s Birthday Party, but you run the show. You will be responsible for finding an area to sit, setting the table for your guests, ordering your Happy Meals, and cutting the cake. We will be more than happy to clean up after you once your party is over.

     
    What is a "Customized" Party Package?

    You get to choose your Birthday Party Theme, Birthday Party Favors for Goodie Bags (Choose 5), and a Gift for the Birthday Child!

     
    Is a deposit required to book a party?


    Yes, a $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to hold your party date. You have two options to pay your deposit:

    • You may choose to pay your deposit online usign PayPal® when you book your party and guarantee your date, time, and location. Credit Cards only.
    • PayPal® is a registered trademark of PayPal, Inc. PayPal, Inc. is not a sponsor of and is not affiliated with Stagg Restaurants, LLC. For comments or questions using PayPal® please contact PayPal customer care at 402-935-2050.

    • You may choose to pay your deposit in person at your McDonald's party location, but your date, time and location will NOT be guaranteed until you pay your deposit. You will receive a call from our party specialist to confirm your party date once you pay your deposit. Credit Cards or Cash Only

    The deposit will be applied to you total cost on the day of your party. There are no refunds for the deposit, but you may reschedule your party for another date of your choice.

     
    What if I want to invite more than 10 guests?

    The Party Packages are designed for 10 children. If you would like to invite more than 10 children, the cost for each additional child is $2.00 plus tax. After scheduling your McDonald's Birthday Party, if the number of guests increases or decreases by 5 or more, please call and let us know as far in advance as possible (210-375-7100).

     
    How long will my party last?

    Parties range from 1 to 2 hours. This is an estimate. The length of your party depends on the party package you choose and the number of guests you invite.

     
    Is the Playplace closed to the public during my party?

    No, the Playplace will still be available for use by other McDonald's customers during your party.

     
    Can I bring in food from an outside source?

    No, food from an outside source is prohibited. You may bring a homemade birthday cake if you wish, but a "Release of Harm" form will need to be completed the day of your party.

     
    Can I bring in outside entertainment?

    No, outside entertainment such as clowns, balloon artists, etc. is prohibited.

     
    Where can I pick up the invitations?


    Invitations are available at the McDonald’s where you choose to have your party. You can also print them by downloading the following files.
